What data I collect and why

Contact form — When you use the contact form, I collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and is not stored beyond that purpose.

Payments — Online payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., a third-party payment processor. I do not store your payment card details. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to payment data: stripe.com/privacy.

Server logs — My web hosting provider automatically records standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, time of access) for security and operational purposes. This data is not linked to individuals and is deleted after a short retention period.

Legal basis for processing

I process personal data on the basis of your consent (contact form), contractual necessity (payments), and legitimate interest (server logs).

How long I keep your data

Contact enquiries are retained only as long as necessary to handle your request. Payment records are retained as required by Swiss law (10 years for accounting purposes). Server logs are typically deleted within 30 days.

Your rights

Under the revDSG you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to or restrict its processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact me at the address above.

Third-party processors

The only third party that receives personal data in connection with this website is Stripe, Inc. (payment processing). No personal data is sold or shared with any other third party.
